If you have a DVA White or Gold Card you can order Emergency ID items. Follow the DVA options in checkout, don’t pay for your order, we will forward it to DVA for payment.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Obtaining your Emergency ID is EASY.  Simply order online any products that you want (ALL our products are covered by NDIS).

If the participant:

  1. Is Self-Managed: Pay for your order in checkout and you will be automatically sent an invoice receipt with all the details you need to be reimbursed by NDIS.
  2. Has a Plan Manager: Checkout, selecting the NDIS option, you will be automatically sent an invoice.  Forward this invoice to your Plan Manger for payment.
  3. Normally has providers claim directly through the NDIS Portal: in the checkout comments field enter the NDIS participants:
    • NDIS Number
    • Full name
    • Date of Birth
    • The start and finish dates of their plan.

We will then claim payment for your order through the NDIS portal directly.
